By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Products & Descriptions

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photos, and details are accurate. Because many items are handmade jewelry and original artwork, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

Please note: colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings. Measurements are approximate. Natural materials may contain minor imperfections.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise stated). We reserve the right to: Modify prices at any time, cancel orders due to pricing errors, and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

Payment must be received in full before items are shipped.

4.Shipping

Processing times are typically (2-7 business days) unless otherwise stated. Once your order has shipped: We are not responsible for carrier delays. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, jewelry designs, product photos, branding, logos, and written content are the intellectual property of Sam Stran Art.

You may not: Copy or reproduce artwork, use product photos without permission, or resell designs without written consent. Purchase of artwork does NOT transfer copyright ownership.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. Due to the handmade and often limited nature of our pieces:

All Sales are final. except in cases of: items arriving damaged, or incorrect items sent.

If your item arrives damaged: contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit/refund at our discretion.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable: custom or personalized jewelry, commissioned artwork, sale items, gift cards, worn jewelry. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless defective.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless the item has already shipped or production has begun.

9. Care & Liability

Customers are responsible for proper care of jewelry and artwork. We are not responsible for: Damage due to improper handling, normal wear and tear, or allergic reactions (materials are listed in descriptions).

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
